One of the year’s most important milestones was the signing ofa strategic agreement with Google Cloud, through which GrupoBafar launched a new phase in its digital transformation process. This partnership will enable us to integrate artificial intelligenceand advanced data analytics solutions to optimize our operationsin food production, distribution, and marketing in both Mexicoand the United States.

These tools will allow us to strengthen key areas such as oursupply chain, commercial operations, and marketing, enablingmore accurate inventory management, the design of personalizedpromotions, and improvements to the consumer shoppingexperience. This technological leap positions us at the forefrontof the food sector, in a global environment where AI adoption isincreasingly becoming a competitive advantage.
